On July 11, 2022, Omnis Fuel Technologies, LLC (“Omnis”) and QRI International, LLC (“QRI”) launched a strategic alliance toward providing services and technologies in the production of hydrogen, high-value carbon products and clean energy with low or Net Zero Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions.

Omnis has developed a breakthrough technology to enable production of hydrogen onsite at existing or new power plants utilizing hydrocarbons as feedstock. This opens the door for hydrocarbons to play a pivotal role in the transition to a sustainable net zero energy future (see also The Dallas Morning News article by Drs. QRI will provide advanced analytics, AI/Machine Learning, and Net Zero strategies for hydrocarbon assets.
